Our condo community used them for a $300,000 project and they were awful.. Run the other way.We were sold a bill of goods by their salesperson. They made it sound like we would be getting one really nice product and great service,, and then changed the final priduct without letting us know, basically slipped something else into the fine print of a massive contract after showing the entire board a sample of really nice material (I still have the sample they promised).. Unfortunately, we've dealt with Parker Young multiple times because our condo HOA uses them for all water damage responses. I would recommended NEVER working with them, to avoid being overcharged (what they charge is borderline fraud, because most insurance companies don't ask questions or push back). They also are unorganized, aren't transparent with work being done, costs, or timeline to pick up machines, etc....and are horrendous to deal with communication-wise.
