In early September 2022, I experienced extensive water damage under my sink that extended into the living room. After the cleanup, three restoration companies did follow through with the repair. I met with Kimberly Lacy-Lightford in March 2023. I decided to upgrade the kitchen. Kimberly brought samples of tile, backsplash, paint and hardwood for me to choose from. Kimberly and her team were fantastic in helping to renovate our condo living room. She listened to our ideas, was detailed about how she would be able to get the project done, and was super responsive to us via phone and in person with answering our questions. We were very happy working with Firesign Design and highly recommend!

good people, good work
I hired this company to renovate my bathrooms and kitchen. The work was horribly done. She ripped out things that weren't supposed to be changed and I had to pay for it. When she was asked to fix things that were done incorrectly, she refused. Don't hire her.
