In early September 2022, I experienced extensive water damage under my sink that extended into the living room. After the cleanup, three restoration companies did follow through with the repair. I met with Kimberly Lacy-Lightford in March 2023. I decided to upgrade the kitchen. Kimberly brought samples of tile, backsplash, paint and hardwood for me to choose from. She listened to our ideas, was detailed about how she would be able to get the project done, and was super responsive to us via phone and in person with answering our questions.
