Kinda stupid that a store that relies on sales to the public closes at 5. When most people get out of work. Kinda makes it where we would have to go there Saturday when they have limited hours as well. If you wanna sell, ya gotta be open. Do better.
I just got off the phone with a woman named Lacy(not sure of the spelling) and she was an absolute doll!! I have not been able to light my fireplace for 3 years and she stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes talking me through it! She had me send pictures while she did her own research to see how it worked since it's an older model. She even put up with my unhinged screaming when I opened the chimney and about 50 stinkbugs fell out.
