Kinda stupid that a store that relies on sales to the public closes at 5. When most people get out of work. Kinda makes it where we would have to go there Saturday when they have limited hours as well. If you wanna sell, ya gotta be open. Do better.
I just got off the phone with a woman named Lacy(not sure of the spelling) and she was an absolute doll!! I have not been able to light my fireplace for 3 years and she stayed on the phone with me for 30 minutes talking me through it! She had me send pictures while she did her own research to see how it worked since it's an older model. She even put up with my unhinged screaming when I opened the chimney and about 50 stinkbugs fell out. My husband recently stopped by on a Saturday to inquire about replacing a part for our fireplace. Autumn was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She obviously knows her job well and was especially patient while explaining how the components worked. She was able to supply the necessary part and my husband got our fireplace back in operation. Thank you for the great service, and to Autumn!
We are SO pleased with our new gas fireplace. John was extremely helpful and has continued to follow up with us to make sure everything is working properly. We should have done this years ago!
The only place to go if you’re in the market for a Fireplace. The staff was very helpful and willing to take the time needed to answer my questions. Will be back!!
