⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience with Greenleaf Property Management. Jennifer Ruxton was professional, responsive, and very easy to work with throughout our lease renewal. Everything was handled smoothly and transparently, and we truly felt valued as tenants. Highly recommended.
A truly terrible company to work with. I was recently reminded of them and my hatred for them has come back up. I was contracted by them for a paint job in 2016 and they scammed me after the job was done and refused to pay. They are an incredibly shady business and I would NOT do business with them.
Economic eviction, I have a letter clearly stating we are being targeted with rental increases. It specifies only those requested must pay the increase. They increase the rent every single chance they get and they barely care for the park. We're quiet and good people, not druggies or riff raff. I'd avoid going through them if you have a choice. I have already filed a complaint with the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) over Fireside Property Management, and several of my neighbors have done the same. That should tell you everything you need to know. Communication is awful: emails go unanswered for weeks, and when you finally get a reply it’s only half an answer—you always have to chase them for the rest. If I could give zero stars I would. Our water’s been shut off twice in the last month and the only notice? A Facebook post. No email, no text, nothing. I called Fireside and the receptionist didn’t even know who our property manager was—just told me to email someone. I did… never heard back. I had to drive my neighbour to their family’s place so they’d have water for the day cause they don’t use social media.
