The parking is such a struggle because they closed the garage off and we now have to find a new parking for the meantime and pay it ourselves. We can’t even park at the back unlike the former property manager who made it work while there was a filming for a new movie by moving us to the back parking. So unprofessional and inconsiderate.
This company took over management of our condo building 01-NOV-2018. I got an email the same week saying that our building was having a keyless entry system put in and what days they would be on site to hand out the fobs. I don't live in the building anymore as I live in Edmonton and would not be able to be there on the days they were handing out the fobs so I sent an email to make alternate arrangements. If I could give zero stars I would. Our water’s been shut off twice in the last month and the only notice? A Facebook post. No email, no text, nothing. I called Fireside and the receptionist didn’t even know who our property manager was—just told me to email someone. I did… never heard back. I had to drive my neighbour to their family’s place so they’d have water for the day cause they don’t use social media. Honestly, if you’re thinking about moving to Arcadia on Crescent or dealing with Fireside, I’d think twice.
If I could give this company -5 stars I would. Twice in the last month our water has been shut off and apparently the only notification of this was posted on Facebook. The receptionist at fireside was dismissive, didn’t know who our property manager was and told me to email her. I did and all I’ve heard is crickets. I had to drive my disabled neighbour their families home so they had running water for the day because they don’t use social media.
