This property management company is unprofessional, unorganized & do not communicate properly with their clients. Heather is highly skilled at making excuses for their poor quality services. The pile of ice from the roof that they have left in front of my garage is absurd.
The Lack of communication w/the Snow Removal Situation @ Bald Mt townhomes is Very disappointing and Extremely dangerous. Vehicles stuck in the garage because we can not get out.. because of the Unbelievable ice mess that was just left in the driveway to freeze overnight….. the snow and ice that is dumped onto the decks… Is not normal snow shoveling. There is a real safety issue and someone is Very likely to get hurt. Very Unprofessional.
I have worked for Fireside on and off for 6 years . They have always accommodated my families schedule. Fireside is a honest, fair and great company to work for . I love working at Fireside !!!
