Was looking forward to having dinner at fireside pies for weeks. Made a special trip out for date night and was NOT disappointed. Our server, Alex, made excellent recommendations and we went with the specials: goat cheese stuffed peppadews for an appetizer and the organic mushroom pie (both amazing). Alex also recommended the Burrata Pesto Pie - right on the mark - a thin layer of tomato with pillows of creamy Burrata mozzarella drizzled with fresh yummy pesto!
