Ordered a compact Morso stove through Fireside Living. Originally had issues with our relatively challenging install, however, Greg (owner) came out and corrected what he could directly, then worked with his subcontractor to resolve my concerns. I couldn't be happier with the final install. The stove and pipe looks great and works flawlessly!
Quite possibly my worst buying/retail experience ever. In my entire life. Oddly enough I was even purchasing a brand of stove that we have owned before and, in the end, we probably would have been very happy with our purchase had we not had to deal with the owner of, or anyone who is employed by, Fireside Living. Had my new Vermont Casting stove installed this week. I’d been to two other stove shops and just wasn’t happy with the pricing or the service being offered. Luckily, I found Fireside Living and Bobby. He explained all the options and helped me pick the right model for my location. His pricing was by far the best. The installation went flawlessly. Right on time, super neat. They explained everything I wanted to know about the operation of my new stove and were just a pleasure to have in my home.
This one is tough… I purchased an expensive fireplace and had it installed in August. Everyone I delt with was great. During the installation, the owner Greg noticed that the main panel was all chipped and would need to be replaced. They continued with the installation and informed me that they would order another piece that was not damaged. Purchased a new pellet stove from Fireside Living; I knew exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. It was ready for pickup faster than I expected and it runs great so far. Bobby and team answered all the questions I had.
