Bought a large jerk chicken a few minutes ago. They made me wait an extra 10mins for chicken that was baking in the oven, only to find the chicken is cold and dry. I called to complain and the manager would 1st off not give me his name and secondly tells me I am lying about the chicken. Smh. I won't be back here. Waste of my time.
last night my wife got me some jerk chicken and I did not like it at all. it was sooooo hot NEVER AGAIN ��������� ���������
Large Oxtail looks like it's a small, never this little food from you guys before. Very disappointed �

I am a regular at Fireside today I didn't feel like getting out of my bed but dragged myself out the house to go to Fireside...not only was I HIGHLY disappointed that there was no Mac n Cheese but I get home and my Curry Goat is SO HOT its barely edible and keep in mind I like my food hot bit this is ridiculous I will continue to support you but please don't get so comfortable that you start falling off!
My cousin ordered food from here and it was a complete bust. The "so called" manager was rude to her and asked her why she didn't put her cold food in the microwave and barely replaced her order when she brought it back.
Very disappointed with my food this go around you guys are usually great, my husband ordered me the oxtails rice and cabbage my food was cold, and the oxtails had majority fat more so than meat, really was craving you guys today!
