Wasted my time and stole my money. Called because our fireplace wasn’t working. They were booked 6 weeks out, then a few days before the long awaited appointment, they called to reschedule another 4+ weeks out. After complaining, they managed to get us rescheduled less than a week after our original date. The “crookery” is that with each of my three contacts with them, they asked for my make/model/serial # of my fireplace (they were on the service slip).
