On time, quick service, explained everything. No pressure to renew maintenance contact.
They do not work on woodburning fireplaces! I was given Firesides name as a reputable business and set up an appointment with them. The person calls me 4 hours before the appointment to see if he could come much earlier, we had another appointment and could only do 1 hour earlier. He then asks me what kind of fireplace I have and I explained we had a woodburning brick built-in fireplace. He said that was not his specialty and I should call someone in masonry, he explained he only worked on gas fireplaces and woodstoves. I ca... read more

I have been using Fireside Home Solutions for 10 years for both my inside gas fireplace and my outdoor gas fireplace. Recently they replaced my fire log stack in my outside fireplace.
