Even during the pandamic they responded quickly. Went without our quadra fire pellet stove most of lost winter. No one could fix it...Might be the mother board at a cost of 8 or $900.00. Amy was great and the guys were great. Checked it out, knew what they were doing, ordered parts, came back and viola!!!! it works!!!! Keeping us warm now. They know their stuff and are very professional and friendly and the cost was fair. Recommend them to everyone and will call them again when needed. Thank you Fireside Hearth and Leisure.

Always a pleasure to deal with these guys. Excellent and professional service. Always happy with the respect they show my home when they are in servicing my stoves and fireplace and chimneys. I've used them for three years both installing a woodstove and fireplace insert as well as yearly service and been highly impressed with all the employees that we have come in contact with. Would highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Fireside. They installed a pellet stove. They showed us how to use it as well as a couple . Customer service and the technicians were great!
Very unprofessional. I tried for two weeks to get a quote for a gas insert and they never had time for me. i sent multiple emails and still nothing. Beware of this company.
