Filled out the form on their website requesting a service call on my 15 month old gas fireplace that stopped working. No one ever responded. Thanks. All of the homes on this street have fireplaces from Fireside. I will be sure to let everyone know who NOT to call if they have any problems.

I had ordered a new mantle for the fireplace hearth and home and when it was installed I really didn’t like the way it looked. Even though I wanted a stressed look into the wood it wasn’t what I thought. I made a phone call to JEFF he said he would look into the problem for me, The very next day Keith Daniels called me and assured me that he would take care of the problem. They wound up replacing the entire mantle at no cost! This is what customer satisfaction is all about.

They got my gas fireplace checkup and service scheduled within about a week after I called. The service technician Jon was on time and very nice and had my fireplace all checked out and cleaned and service in much less than one hour.
Kurt came out today for a service call. Very knowledgeable and polite and was able to get my fireplace all fixed up and running again. Thanks Kurt!!
Great selection of stoves and fireplaces. Very helpful suggestions and advice guiding us to a very nice fireplace insert installation. Their staff were careful and polite and replaced our wood stove fireplace with direct vent gas. The process was seamless and completed in one week. Recommended.
Just had fireside hearth and Home install a wood stove in my house and couldn’t be happier with my service, from Rebecca in the sale room to Vern the installer, they were all very friendly and professional about everything.
