Excellent service, knowledgeable and courteous servicemen. Very happy with my gas fireplace HeatGlo insert and with the service.
We had a problem in our new home with the gas fireplace insert (Heat & Glo) and they sent a friendly service guy with many years experience (Dave Lance). He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He also gave useful advice and how to make the best use of the insert. A pleasant experience to have a service guy who really knew his stuff
AWFUL sales team. They come to your house, give you a proposal, take your credit card and call you the next day with a higher price with an awful excuse as to the increase. BEWARE. my rep was Randy who does not stand behind his proposal.
I tried to call several times for service. Everything is routed through a national switchboard. You cannot call the store or speak to a local person. Service dates are out 7 or 8 weeks. Forget it.
