It would be really nice to have a working fireplace throughout the coldest winter days. We had four fireplaces replaced with Fireside Hearth and Home over the last few years and what has seemed like never ending repairs and problems with all four of them. We’ve had upwards of 6-7 repairs on our brand new fireplaces, having to wait each time for weeks to months before a repair can even scheduled, left with unusable fireplaces that we would otherwise be using daily to help heat our home. We purchased two gas fireplaces from here over 7 years ago and both have worked perfectly well for a very long time. So I'm very happy with the products they sell and the installation. Today was my first time even having any actual repairs done. Luckily it was something fixable and our technician Adam was awesome. He was very friendly, professional and he did a great job. Got us up and running.
Excellent service experience. Courteous, friendly, and thorough technician left our fireplace looking and operating better than ever. Reasonable cost for parts and time spent.
