Excellent service for a broken 10-year-old Heat & Glo unit. James was on-time, professional, and quick. In addition to fixing the unit, he gave it a nice clean, touched up the interior paint; it looks like new.
Service issues, I tried to reach the service department for 4 days before I reached someone. I tried calling, got voice mail, I filled out contact for, no response, then I texted on Tuesday, they responded Friday. I called on Thursday and spoke to someone named Allyssa, who eventually booked the appointment, and said she would send me a confirmation. What i saw in my email was just a bill. Just went in to look. Bought a fireplace. Was worth paying a little more to have someone who knew what she was talking about help me pick out what I needed.
We worked with Kit to design our dream fireplace. She was very personable and detail oriented. She helped us navigate several challenges and was very patient with our changes in design. The crew that came to our home to install the projects were very professional. We love the work! Highly recommend
