The sale person refused show me different option as he thought I live too far away as I live in Eden Prairie
Had a site visit several years ago for gas fireplace insert. Salesperson advised me of proposed route of gas line inside home to fireplace. Salesperson advised me of size. Sent text to get quote and order fireplace. Second salesperson advised me first salesperson was wrong about size option. Second salesperson sent me photographs with gas lines running around outside of front entrance door, in a very unappealing fashion. And, property is a townhome. They did a great job cleaning and testing my fireplace. Caught a problem with a branch on my roof laying on the cap. Problem has been sent to my association. Very friendly worker.
Excellent service for a broken 10-year-old Heat & Glo unit. James was on-time, professional, and quick. In addition to fixing the unit, he gave it a nice clean, touched up the interior paint; it looks like new.
Service issues, I tried to reach the service department for 4 days before I reached someone. I tried calling, got voice mail, I filled out contact for, no response, then I texted on Tuesday, they responded Friday. I called on Thursday and spoke to someone named Allyssa, who eventually booked the appointment, and said she would send me a confirmation. What i saw in my email was just a bill.
