If I could give a zero. I would. Horrible service. Just know the 1800 install fee is to pay 2 guys to come out that the paid 160 dollars to basically incorrectly install a garage that has a huge gapping hole at the top of my 6000 dollar garage door that I also physically can't open to a point where it will even stay up a mop handle is used to hold my 6000 dollar garage door open. . Whatever you do, dont buy a garage door from these guys. They just want your $. Nothing else matters to them. Phillip the manager refused to give up a refund or ever replace the door! We ordered a custom garage door, paid over $8,000. They sent someone out to message the space the door was going. 7 weeks later the door shows up and doesn't fit. After weeks of phone tag, they put us off a month to come back out and look at it. Then tell us, after another month if waiting. We can cover the 2inch gap on the top of the custom do... read more

Very knowledgeable technician, Alfredo came out to service indoor wall fireplace. Needed to replace a part. Was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. Feel very comfortable with his skills. Highly recommend.
