They installed my garage originally through our builder, no issues. I accidentally dinged one of the rails and was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly and cost effective. The service rep was great and the gentlemen that made the repairs today was speedy, customer oriented and took care of everything with quality!!! This will keep me as a customer!
Question: How the heck are these guys still in business? I would give them zero stars if possible on Google. From their sales person, to their support team, their service team. Total lack of management and communication. They say one thing and they do the other thing. Service never checks with the sales team and vice versa. Big takeaway: Awful, Appalling, absolutely never ever give them a penny. No other words to describe “customer no service“ and how awful it is to deal this company.

They never show up on delivery dates. The installers look for reasons not to install!
This business has the worst customer service of any Business I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased my fireplace over two years ago. The company lost all of the refractory parts, and didn’t get the replacements until well after the winter of 2023. They started the fireplace up in May. This winter, while running the fireplace, we smell propane. When we contacted them, the operator said we need to contact the gas company.
