Extremely poor customer service. Calls not returned. They were a no-show for a scheduled appointment with no explanation, reschedule or apology. They seem to be run out of a call center or other location.
AFUE better places to shop. When I asked questions about AFUE ratings and blower decible levels, instead of saying he didn't know and would find out, the salesman said, "I've been working here for 20 years, you don't need to bother yourself with that, Honey." He may have been pulling a paycheck but working, he was not. The sales team at Fireside doesn't know much about their own product line, nor how it compares with any others on the market.
