Nice store, friendly staff Fireside Hearth & Home is a nice store with a very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to answer all kinds of questions about what the right type of heating unit would be for a certain space.
AFUE better places to shop. When I asked questions about AFUE ratings and blower decible levels, instead of saying he didn't know and would find out, the salesman said, "I've been working here for 20 years, you don't need to bother yourself with that, Honey." He may have been pulling a paycheck but working, he was not. The sales team at Fireside doesn't know much about their own product line, nor how it compares with any others on the market.
