They installed my logs not a full year ago. Having issues cannot get them to answer the phone or call back. The builder RCI used chose this company not me, absolutely the worst company.

Fireside, David Scott in particular, was most accommodating in working with our unique build and a set of disasters that befell both us and Fireside as victims of a dishonest builder. Rather than perpetuate the circumstances, Fireside worked with us in seeing us through the situation. They were among the first contractors on our site in the beginning, deploying 7 fireplaces in the most professional and efficient manner. Customer service is lousy. Had an appointment. Never received a call about appointment being cancelled, they just never showed up. Took repeated calls to them for them to finally say the repairman wasn't coming out that day. Have called back to reschedule and it like you are talking to foreign language. The person has no clue.

What a beautiful showroom they offer! If you are in the market for a gas fireplace, check out this place! Helpful and friendly staff as well and very competitive prices! Follow up service is excellent as well!!
