my mom has been waiting 4 months for her glasses. she has Medicare and Medicaid. she received a letter 2 months ago that her glasses were paid for and still nothing. they have not been friendly or helpful to her

This office is absolutely beautiful. I just wish I could have found this a long time ago!!! I actually felt like I was visiting a friend and not a doctor!!! Dr. Heddinghaus is awesome!!! I have been going to an eye doctor for 25 yrs and have never had the kind of new patient work up like I received at Fireside. Dr Heddinghaus was very informative and explained my test results and that meant so much to me. No other doctor has ever done that!!! Absolutely love Fireside!!!
Came in for 1st visit expecting a good appt, but was even more pleasantly surprised at the overall experience. More high tech testing, very comprehensive exam, and very comfortable setting. Luckily, my eyes are pretty good, but if I had a problem, I would feel in good hands at Fireside. I was most impressed with the setting: a remodeled older home that also used to be a restaurant...now a modern optometry clinic! Loved how quick they were to see us and how friendly they were to my son. They not once talked down to him just because he was young. Very professional, quick and informative. Would def. recommend you guys to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
