I've had a great experience living at these apartments, The management team is always helpful and quick to respond to any issues. The common areas are well-kept, and the maintenance staff does an excellent job. The location is very convenient, and overall it's been a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. Highly recommend!

We've been working with these properties for a long time. We haven't been working with these two for as long but for the time that we've been there and the things that we do for them we really appreciate them. I've lived here for 12 years. I feel safe, it's quiet, management has always been great and the utilities are included. Add that Whole Foods is coming and Sprouts is across the street along with Pet Smart and other great little shops. We're a stones throw from Old Town Scottsdale.
