First off I'd like to say we took out insurance just in case something happened on our end.Well....in the after booking a cabin with Fireside Chalets I got diagnosed with CML which is a type of leukemia. They use Red Sky Travel for there insurance claims. Unfortunately we did have to cancel because I can NOT be around alot of people because of my immune system. So please read this before you book a cabin.This place is a joke.Im out $800.00 because they say it was pre-existing. DO NOT RENT A CABIN OR A CHALET FROM THEM.You wi... read more
I'll give it only one star, just because of the location, close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Cabin was filthy, bathroom was extremely unclean, bathtub curtain was full of mold,and if this is not enough, we found shit on the bed. I called the office and they just said to put it aside somewhere until the end of our staying. Toilet tank was over-flooding, which they did take care of.
Don’t waste your money, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with, and the rudest. I have been trying to cancel my reservation that is at the end of March because of the national state of emergency for the Corona virus, we will be quarantined for at least two weeks , we can’t get out the house, we can’t travel. Fireside was very rude on the phone. When we told them our concerns they asked my wife if she had the virus in a rude manner.
