Leswin was such a gentleman he was kind and courteous explained everything to me.
Our HOA had contracted out to FIRESERVICE in response to an issue I reported to them about a water leak in our coach home. Fireservice sent out Jesus and his partner who arrived right on time, were excellent listeners while we described the situation and then were able to efficiently diagnose the problem. They were both very friendly and knowledgeable and clearly explained the recommend next steps. They made a stressful circumstance a little bit better.
We are so very pleased with the results of the projects that have now been completed. Can’t think of a company who treats its clients like family. We had water damage from condo above (a lot). We had seen Fireservice vehicles at other condos in our complex over the years. Decided to call them to see what they could do to help. From the first call to the final paper work they were so pleasant to deal with.
