Jon was very friendly and professional. I had requested a chimney clean and replacement of cap and damper. Price was reasonable and extra care was taken to reduce dust as I have a 2 month old. Overall I’m very satisfied with the services provided by Jon from Firesafe and would definitely recommend them.

I reached out in April of this year and they were quick to respond to set up an inspection. The two men that stopped by were very nice and seemed very knowledgable. I paid a fee for the inspection and was told they'd follow up with a quote. It is now November and I have still not received a quote or a refund. There have been no responses to the emails I sent in direct response to their prior communications, and when I called for an explanation they sent an email rather than calling me back as promised by the woman who answer... read more
