One of the things that makes this a wonderful place to live is the cleanliness of common areas. This is because of the excellent work done by Karen, who manages building services. Each morning when I am leaving the building I immediately smell the freshness that results from Karen’s hard, consistent work. And, she always brightens up my day with her kind spirt. She makes not only our building a better place, but also the world.

There was an active violent domestic dispute occurring in their back parking lot. We were trying to break the couple up but could not. We asked the buildings security that had just come out to help or call the cops. He said he was busy and had to go unlock a door. Security continued to ignore us later on as well. Terrible and unsafe.

Trina is amazing! I'm a past resident who accidentally had a holiday package delivered to my old address and she helped me track it down and saved Christmas! Great customer service! Thank you Trina!

Do not lease from Fireproof Apartments unless you can budget an additional $500 a month for your car window getting smashed in by the local vandals. Unfortunately Fireproof management has not installed any video cameras, hired any parking lot security, or installed brighter lights or gates in the parking lot and the residents here have our cars broken into on a nightly occurrence. Most residents have had their windows smashed in at least once a month, the vandals usually hit about 8 cars per night. We live downtown so some c... read more
