RecommendedStopped here for advice and supplies for our fireplace. Very nice, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Showed us exactly what we needed and where it should be placed.
Had our stove now for repairs for over 2 months....still waiting for it. Considering it's now the end of November and is the main source of heat, we need to be using it. Very frustrating...
I stopped in to order something I thought i needed. Tom, the gentleman who helped me, was very proficient and helpful, and gave me a solution i didnt know existed! He was very courteous and informative. This is what customer care is all about. He is now my go-to guy all things stove related!!! Definitely recommend this business! Hard to find courteous sales people nowadays. This place is aces!!!👍
