Great Product .... Not very bright Ownership We purchased our pellet stove from these folks. It took them over 3 months to make good on the delivery. Their installer advised us that the stove had been in their store room the whole time...go figure. This was several years ago befor other retailers started carrying wood pellets to burn. Every time we would go there to purchase pellets it was a monumental task...it's so much nicer to go somewhere else now to get what we need and not have to deal with these half brains.
