Sales team excellent, installation guys did a great job, service on product since installed and under warranty terrible! First problem was faulty reostat knob. Sent service all the way out to Cripple Creek with part that didn't fit. This did not fix fan vibration. Sent Service to diagnosis. He said we need new fan, this one faulty. Supposed to be ordered end if Nov/1st of Dec. Called today, order lost in PC glitch! Now have to wait another 2-4 weeks for part to come in and then no telling how long to get it installed. In lieu of waiting 2-4 weeks for an additional warranty part, I requested the part be overnighted from the manufacturer. Of course, I wanted to wait until we had the part on hand to schedule the replacement. Ryan had informed me the part arrived on Wednesday the 10th.
