We have had several places all over the U.S. and moving here, we tried 2 other places and then found Fireplace and Stone Creations. These gentlemen are AMAZING!!!! Small town friendly and service. Great product and lots of knowledge!

Great installation 2 years ago, but no response to numerous phone messages left over the last 6 months requesting maintenance ( as indicated on fireplace remote)!
