Buck was so nice and easy to work with. I appreciated his honest opinion on what to do with our fireplace and the work he was able to do. Their office communications were also great; above and beyond what I’ve experienced with other service companies (prompt phone replies, text message appointment confirmations, etc). I would definitely recommend Denver Flame!
Just had Fireplace Services out to our house in Highlands Ranch yesterday. They did a great job of thoroughly cleaning our gas insert. I don't think it was ever cleaned since the home was built in 1998. Buck took apart all the components and made sure they were all cleaned. He explained potential issues with all the soot that had accumulated. Everything works great now. Couldn't be more satisfied. Over the past few years my wife has smelled natural gas as she walked through our family room to the kitchen. We've had the gas company come out, plumbers come out and no one found any leak. I don't have a sense of smell so we do have Natural Gas Alarms in the house but this time she called Buck at Denver Flame.
