Buck and his partner were out to our home today for a routine maintenance. They were courteous, on time and the fireplace looks great after a thorough cleaning. Buck showed me the outside vent that I had neglected to clean all these years. Definitely would recommend Fireplace Services for maintenance and troubleshooting.
We highly recommend Denver Flame Fireplace Services. Buck is a wealth of expertise and a trusted source of advice and his work is well worth the money. He was very thorough inspecting our retrofitted gas fireplace and wood burning stove and pointed out multiple potential fire hazards caused by previous owners diy projects. As new owners, we're glad we went with Denver Flame and are no longer putting ourselves and our neighbors at risk of fire.
Buck came out for a simple firepit service but found we had a much bigger problem with our gas line. His recommendation, even though it didn't bring them any business, helped us avoid a major safety hazard. I appreciated the time and attention to detail he spent during the initial appointment. They provided excellent service.
I have used Fireplace Solutions Denver Flame in the past. They called prior to arrival to give me an approximate ETA. Very professional and courteous. Cleaned and inspected my fireplace and it looks brand new again. Also explained what to do if the clips become loose and start to vibrate.
