I was so impressed with their services. Buck was incredibly thorough. He cleaned everything and had the fireplace running perfectly in a short amount of time. Buck had the knowledge to diagnose the fireplace issue and he was the upmost professional.
100% recommend Buck and Denver Flame! Buck came and cleaned multiple gas fireplaces and came back another time to clean up a gas fire-pit on our back patio. We honestly were thinking to replace prior to this and were utterly amazed how great they looked after they were cleaned up! Buck goes above and beyond, even repainting a few pieces that had worn down over their 20yr life. Buck was so nice and easy to work with. I appreciated his honest opinion on what to do with our fireplace and the work he was able to do. Their office communications were also great; above and beyond what I’ve experienced with other service companies (prompt phone replies, text message appointment confirmations, etc). I would definitely recommend Denver Flame!
We have used Fireplace Services for several years and they are very professional. They take care of us from initial contact all the way through to the end of the service. They are neat and do an excellent job cleaning our fireplace.
Just had Fireplace Services out to our house in Highlands Ranch yesterday. They did a great job of thoroughly cleaning our gas insert. I don't think it was ever cleaned since the home was built in 1998. Buck took apart all the components and made sure they were all cleaned. He explained potential issues with all the soot that had accumulated. Everything works great now. Couldn't be more satisfied.
