Buck came out for a simple firepit service but found we had a much bigger problem with our gas line. His recommendation, even though it didn't bring them any business, helped us avoid a major safety hazard. I appreciated the time and attention to detail he spent during the initial appointment. They provided excellent service.

We've had them come out several times over the last 5-ish years to service our gas insert fireplace. This year the fireplace wasn't starting after not being used for the summer, so it was more than a cleaning. Buck and crew fixed it right up, took everything out and cleaned all the parts - now it's running great and ready for winter!

Cleaned and inspected my fireplace and it looks brand new again. Also explained what to do if the clips become loose and start to vibrate.
