I was so impressed with this company. The technician took extra time to clean and touch up my fireplace without charging me, and later swapped out a remote months after installation at no cost. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and values fairness. Passionate, thorough, and trustworthy—I’ll definitely call them again.
Buck has been out to go man since we had our 360 fireplace installed years ago. The original installer was inept and the manufacturer recommended Buck company look at the installation. Buck had to completely rewire the initial installation to make it safe. He's been maintaining it for the last 10+ years. Service and support is amazing! I won't consider any other company which is probably to my detriment as he is just going to get busier and busier. Great company!!!
Buck took all fireplace apart cleaning each piece and putting it all back. It looks brand new and the remote is very easy to operate. Very impressed with his professional skills and attitude. A plus
If your fireplace or chimney needs any work, repairs or upgrades, Buck is the man to call. He is an expert craftsman who holds himself to the highest standards of work and professionalism.
