Review is long overdue. Ordered a fireplace in June 2019 and was told it would be installed a month later. Fireplace came in on time. However, it was not installed until November 2019 after calling almost daily at the end. We had to actually show up at the store in person to get a response from Dennis. Our contractor told us he had other projects having the same issues with Dennis. It was finally installed but fan did not work. 1.5 years later they still have not come back as promised to fix the fan. We have given up.
