Great Customer Service Amazing customer service! Left message and was called back within a few hours. They helped me locate a part I was told by many other fireplace companies, I couldn't get. Then had the part mailed directly to me. I received with in a week. Couldn't be happier!! Outstanding customer service will do business with again!

Horrible! They messed up our iinsert nstall and didn't do several things we agreed upon beforehand. We called to try to remedy the situation and they were completely rude and didn't want to fix anything. Also, there is now freezing cold air blowing in from somewhere around the unit. There is a huge amount of money involved and this is quite possibly the worst contractor and customer service experience I've had. We only went to them because they had an insert we wanted. Go elsewhere!

American Eagle Fireplaces American Eagle Fireplace on Transit Rd. in Williamsville and Main St. in Clarence. This might be a small store but they offer the best in gas, pellet or wood burning fireplaces. Also available are wooden play yard sets and gazebos. I’d recommend checking this store out if your interested in a fireplace for your home.
