These guys are awesome. Nelson and I don’t remember the other gentleman’s name, came out and replaced the gearbox on my hangar door motor. They were eager to help, on time, friendly, etc. They were quick about answering emails and phone calls as well. Great guys and great company.

the spring on a garage door broke on Wednesday evening we called Doors by Mike and set up a schedule for repair on Thursday they're repairment Charles arrive by 9 Thursday morning made repairs in a timely manner and explain to us each step that he did would recommend Doors by Mike to anyone

It took three times to get a non damaged fireplace put in, and they wanted payment up front, before installation. Two years later, the fireplace cracked and got holes in the back and bottom I made several phone calls to the company and sent photos of all the damage and but heard back from them. After contacting the manufacturer, who had to refer me to another distributor, I received replacement parts, at no cost. Be very careful with this company.
Truly a great company with excellent customer service, prices and technical service! Charles, the garage door technician, is very professional and really knows his stuff. What a great experience .... and great work, craftsmanship and customer service! Spencer did a great job with the install of our shower door and bathroom mirror even when faced with a minor glitch.. Jerry was our first contact and he was out to measure the same day I called! He handled the glitch mentioned above and came to finish the job himself!
