Terrible service. Shows up one time and says my log set "needs a part that has to be ordered." I paid for the service call and the part in advance, but he never showed up again to intall it and wouldn't return my phone calls.After 3 months, I called a hearth store in Colonial Heights, who sent out a technician, who discovered that all that was wrong was the pilot needed cleaning.
