I loved working with them! Initially, I had Ace Fireplace Services come to my house but I didn't feel confident with the technician who came; he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. So I came here next and Matt at their store on Manchester was helpful and knowledgeable. Just by looking at a picture of my fireplace, he knew exactly what kind of unit would fit and showed me my options. I can't wait to have my fireplace installed so I can enjoy it all winter long!

Very knowledgeable and friendly
Jason called me when on his way and arrived on time . He cleaned and got my old fireplace glowing again! He explained everything to me in how to work it and it was a pleasant experience with him. He was nice to the inquisitive cat too!
