Just purchased a Weber grill and the staff was so knowledgeable and offered valuable insights! Not only did they offer a special edition, but the warranty is better than we could have expected. Personalized service was top notch.
Posting a 1 star is pretty generous when I wasn’t given the opportunity to become a customer! I walked in the door at 5:45 Pm knowing they closed in 15 minutes! I needed a seal for my Kamado Joe smoker. I was met with an employee who looked at me, tossed his hands in his air and shrugged his shoulders in obvious frustration as if I was the biggest inconvenience of his day! The guy who answered the phone was rude. In order to get service for your fireplace you need to physically come in with pictures of your fireplace. We are in 2024! no option to send info digitally. He was actually getting mad at me on the phone. I will be getting my service elsewhere.
