We love the fireplace inserts that the Fireplace & Gas Center installed in our home before Christmas. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the product that would provide the look and feel that we wanted. They provided details regarding the installation process, so that we would know what to expect. The installers were experienced, efficient and professional. They provided instructions on how to use remote devices to achieve optimum usage. We have really enjoyed the fireplaces this winter!
Very snooty because my logs were not top of line! Would not even consider looking at them or working on them!! I drove there so I could get a look at what they had in case mine needed replacing and the owner asked me to stay back and show her pictures of mine on my phone because there was too much flu going around!!! Would not recommend to anyone!
