Wow, I am very surprised at the previous reviews. I found the people at Fireplace Folks to be great! When I first went into the store, I was kindly created by Ernest, the owner. He was very patient with me, answering all my questions. I had been going around to other fireplace stores to meet the people, see what they had available and make an appt. for an estimate. I called to have them to come and give me a quote to repair the gas-log in our fireplace, they want $100 just to stop and take a look. Guess they have business pouring out of their ears.
