Purchased a zero clearance fireplace from them in 1992. They installed the unit. Fireplace required service twice in the first 10 years, and they did the work quickly and correctly at a reasonable price. Ordered and deposited for gas fireplace with a January install. 3 days prior (after I initiated the call) they told me order was on backorder. I was told they don't do electrical work but yet I was charged for GFI install? Very disappointed.
Highly recommend. Quality products at a fair price and knowledgeable staff and installers. Nice showroom. We shopped around and made the easy decision to go with Fireplace Fashions. Very happy with the installed product.

Hello- I am trying to get through to mike Benner to confirm my appointment for today! He left a message after 5pm but did not say I needed to call to confirm. He left a message just a few moments ago saying that he was cancelling my service appointment because he didn’t hear back! I’ve had this appointment on your books for a month! Please do not cancel it! Please have Mr. Benner call me right away! I have left several messages this morning!
We just recently updated our fireplace insert with a Heat n Glow unit and trim kit purchased through Fireplace Fashions. Our experience with their service was exemplary and their knowledge quite thorough with a friendly, down-to-earth attitude toward us as customers. We have not had occasion yet to run the unit for any extended period of time as it is summer. But the tests we have done with the unit and operating the remote have been fine.
