I have used Fireplace Experts for repair and maintenance of my fireplace for years. I am extremely happy with the work that they do. The technician always arrives on time, is polite, works cleanly and neatly with a drop cloth, diagnoses any issues and resolves the matter promptly. I would recommend them highly.
I had my B vented Regency fireplace installed 9 years ago and never had it serviced. The pilot light wouldnt light so I booked a service with Fireplace Experts Inc. Colin came to the house and was very professional and knowledgeable. He cleaned the fireplace and took the time to explain what needed replaced and had it working again in no time. I will certainly be booking a maintenance service with them next year.
