Joke of a company. Family owned business that will cus at you in the store and belittle your field experience. Front desk staff will ignore your emails. Unit arrived damaged and missing parts. They damaged our existing brick and half assed the install. They will have their team trespass on your property. Also they'll charge your account with out notice. When question they'll lie and say it's for something you forgot to pay due to their system processing. fire place works but will never reccomend this company.
I love the service and awesome customer service! Thank you Nick for the quick appointment, thank you Bob and Forrest for fixing my fireplace and the fun conversation! You all were great! Sorry for the dog slobber! Ha! 😂 I recommend you to everyone.

Bob did a great job with my fireplace and remote, fireplace is running like new. He always goes the extra mile and cleans the glass and makes sure the logs are set up right. Garage side has been great also, they installed 2 new garage door openers
We have called this company twice in 5 years for garage door service. Both times, they have been prompt, conscientious and professional. Will definitely continue calling this company when needed. Prices were extremely competitive. Looking at adding a blower to our fireplace; when ready, this is who we will call.
