I am so impressed with these guys and their customer service. I called about lighting my pilot light on my gas logs and the gentleman was very patient and explained to me exactly how to do it. He was NOT condescending or rude. He made zero dollars doing that but helped me anyway. Highly recommend?
Rudest older lady that answers the phone that doesn't seem to want the business. At least when it comes to servicing.
I called needing assistance yesterday. The person who answered the phone was very rude, cut me off while I was telling what I was needing to find out about, and just refused any help to me. I called back today to ask one more question. Same older woman answered the phone. I asked my question and was again treated very rudely and unprofessionally.
Their service guy is great. He totally took apart my direct vent and cleaned every inch of it, adjusted the gas regulator at the tank, adjusted everything and now it works better than when it was new. I highly recommend.
Could not recommend this company enough. Called for an appointment out of town and they were quick, efficient, and timely, coming in a few days. The service tech went above and beyond to fix our fireplace ahead of the cold months. And he was incredibly kind.
