I got them out here for a WDO inspection. the Professional that arrived was so knowledgeable and spent the time to make sure that I understood everything, he had no secrets. This is the third company I’ve had out here and he had the most wisdom I’ve ever heard in exactly what I was asking about. He ended up turning me down for service unless I really wanted it. I used Fireman for a termite problem in 2021, the issue was spot treated and resolved. No prevention methods were suggested and never were. We have had several infestations every year since and it appears that the past infestations were never successfully resolved. I now face thousands of dollars in repair cost. They refused to treat the badly damaged area to kill the current infestation and have not returned calls for giving me a prevention bid. I strongly do not recommend this pretentious company!!!
