DO NOT COME TO THIS URGENT CARE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF MEDICAL SERVICE. There are so many urgent care's in sandusky and surrounding areas, and picking this one was a huge mistake. While the wait was short, the staff was unfriendly and unreceptive. The nurse noted physical symptoms, and the doctor ordered tests (which came back positive). After requesting a doctor's note at the end of the appointment, the doctor LIED to me and told me that she had no diagnosis and could not "in [her] right mind, falsify a note." This was the worst experience I've ever had. I literally sat in there for over an hour and there was zero patients. I will never go bsck again. NOMS IS WAY BETTER!! Im shocked that they are even still open.
Outstanding service! I was over 2hrs away from home and the staff was extremely professional and accommodating to my family while I was getting looked at. They provided Excellent care to my injury. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Very timely given how busy they were.
