I went with my mother to her appointment here. The doctor and nurse we saw were incredibly friendly and informative with the details. The service of her team is absolutely amazing! There was, however, a member of staff that was very unprofessional. I had stood close to the door where the clipboards are with my mother, not in the way, so I didn’t block anyone. I came to this clinic to get help with weight management. Despite my best efforts, they have regularly kept me from being able to stay on a medication that was helping me with it. I had to miss an appointment due to a broken down car, and they wouldn't fill the medication again until I came back in for an evaluation.
