Definitely would recommend Firelands to anyone looking for a new vehicle. We traded in a 17 Chevy Traverse and left with a 2021 Kia Sorento Ex. Nick was our salesman for the day. He did everything he could to make sure we got something nice and affordable with negative equity. We couldn’t be happier with our buy and appreciate that Nick was willing to go in on his day off to help us out. The environment there is so comfortable as well. We will go there again for future purchases.
