I Would NOT use Firelands/O’Brien’s dealership in Vermilion. My salesman Brady made promises he never kept and I think the sale manager Andrew is the biggest loudmouth, obnoxious scumbag I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t like being lied to, especially when you realize later that it was intentional. Save yourself a headache and expense, shop elsewhere and get anything and everything in writing (signed).
