Our recent experience involving a repair issue with our 2017 Chevy Malibu could not have been better. The problem was fixed with new OEM parts correctly during this (one) visit, and *****, ******(service) and ******(sales) were all helpful in providing this outcome. I cannot say enough good things about their team approach to achieving customer satisfaction.

I took my 2008 Buick Enclave there for a timing chain replacement because it was conveniently located. After I got it back, it was reving high to shift and would not shift in to 6th unless I manipulated the pedal, then right back down to 5th. It had also dropped slightly in horsepower. They suggested possible transmission issues. I explained those issues weren't there prior to their service and was 80% certain it's an ECM programming issue. I sold a truck to the dealership in Norwalk on 5 March, 2021. i was owed a refund check as it had equity. the salesman quoted me verbatim that "i would have my check in 7-10 days. it is now 48 days since sale of truck. **** ******* and **** ********* will NOT go out of their way to help and answer email. All i am told is that there is a hold up. I would never do business with this dealership. the GM is aloof, not with it, and the salesmen are improperly trained on what to tell consumers. I would not go to this dealership. I Put money down on a truck and then threw unforeseen circumstances I went with another dealership. When I tried to get my down payment back which I was told several times was refundable they wouldn't return my calls or even take them. I called twice a day for a week, left messages and was told they will get back with me. I Finally had to go into the dealership to get it done. Purchased a car from here. A year later I traded the car in and bought a new car from someone else. The dealership I got the new car at along with myself made several calls to Firelands Chevy in order to get money back from a warranty. Never received a return phone call, response to email. Over a year later I have yet to be refunded the money.
