It's okay I get more comp at Blue Chip FireKeepers was supposed to be a good Casino for Thompson being fair on play but I hardly ever get any comps from them whatsoever I think I got $25 cash not very happy spent over 1000
Me and my family go there all the time not to gamble but for food. Sometimes, it is hard to get in because a lot of people in front of us.
The staff is always polite friendly there for eight hours in a poker tournament every time I ask somebody for help they were very polite never anybody ever rude or overworked.
I've stayed at the hotel several times & it is the best hotel/casino in Michigan. The rooms are relaxing, quiet, clean & spacious. The hotel staff are friendly & helpful. Highly recommend eating breakfast at the diner, their bacon is really good. This is the only casino/hotel that creates a calm environment. The casino is not my favorite, I prefer more nickel machines and less video & penny machines but still had a good time

Save your money and go somewhere that respects and treats their customers better than they do here. I use to love firekeepers but after my experience on Thursday august 17th I won't be returning. Me and my fiancé decided to stop in on our first day off together in almost a month. Arrived a little before noon and were having a fun time.
