Been going there sense it opened, today was first time was not satisfied with customer service when trying too book a room They gave me, said there was a mix up , didn't quite understand, took while not sure why, enough said left a bad feeling today.
I won a bunch of money here. Friendly staff. I wish they had free alcohol like vegas though. I have been here about 6 times and i always leave with heavy pockets.
Drove 2 hours just to get a 24 hour ban under 10 mins of arrival....
The place is great. But, I've experienced with some of the staff just plain out rude as hell. I had a friend playing at the tables and I don't have much experience at casinos but, instead of politely asking me to not sit at the table if I wasn't playing and not be on my phone which I didn't know is a problem they demanded me to get up with the biggest attitude and said, "You don't need to be sitting there if you aren't going to join in and if I catch you using your phone again I'll get security" that was so embarrassing and ... read more

What a great place to stay. Had a wonderful Birthday at the FireKeepers Casino. Hope to go back again. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Awesome food. Very clean, beautiful room the Casino also.
Been there twice. Once for my honeymoon and just yesterday for our 1 year wedding anniversary. My husband and I had a blast. Everyone was nice and professional. Loved playing the slots( although was very bummed we didnt win) but we never expect that. I love love loved our room. The bathrooms in the room were awesome. We went to dinner at nibi. Food was great and the waitress was so nice. We even got a free dessert for our anniversary. Hope we can come back soon. Great job firekeepers!
Won big off free play had a great time with family on bus tour from detroit! Will return! The staff were so friendly n helpful as well clean facility's and all my favorite slots!
