First time going today,My experience was terrible !! I went to support my cousin and her casino trip .The establishment was very unorganized, from the technical issues to management not understanding what was going on..We arrived at 10:00am and was told the machines were down and that we could not redeem our play back money until the machines come back up .Well,2:00pm comes and people at upset with the casino ,fussing and cussing ,So guess what ? I had an excellent time with my wife. The buffet was great. We really enjoyed playing Binglo!! We will be back for sure!!

It was great except we went for our anniversary and went for buffet cran legs...aww man 4 hour wait for dinner..

Waiting An hour to get paid out, can’t control the heat, rude staff. This was my first and last visit.

Never again. Computers are down. No comps or anything. Been waiting an hour and 1/2 for an attendant to retrieve my money out of the machine. The staff is rude and unpleasant.

We had fun, even though we lost money! The food was good and our room was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Today t computers are down in the casino, therfore they have to physical give you your winning money. So as you walk through the casino people are sitting waiting for a person to give them their payoff. We came on a bus, we could not get our $20. loaded on our cards, as stated computers are down. I've left several coins in several machines today, which I'm sure I'm not the only one. Please fix your computer's where is back up system. ��

I lost my phone three times at the fires keeper Casino and all three times they had my phone and I got it back all three times I was so happy they turn my phone in and it was in the security box awesome and then I lost my sunglasses one time and they found it and it was in the security box and they gave it to me awesome what a relieve that they give you your stuff back and the nice people that turn it in thank you fire keeper Casino awesome job I love that place.
