I came there on Saturday November 11 with a Bus Load of People. We were Immediately told the computers were down and that there was no time available when the computers would be up. We had a entire day to spend up there and it was not Pleasant at all to say the least; It was horrible, This was my second time going; and may be my last. First time. Good experience. The only odd thing was we called room service. Ordered food and waited 45 min. We called and they told us they never deliver to rooms. It got awkward. Maybe that miscommunication should be addressed.

I went for an event. The casino smelled heavily of smoke no matter where you walked. The staff was helpful and friendly. The drinks were way over priced. The event center seating was horrible. Couldn’t see hardly at all. I will not go to another event there.

As you know the computers were down and everything had to be hand paid. Which caused many of us to wait almost an hour. By this time the computers were down nearly 12 hours. 1. A FB Post should have occurred early morn. 2. Going down the row end to end to do payouts was moronic. Next time post people in blocks of the slots and pay them. Would have been more efficient and people wouldn’t have been so angry.

I was with the group called Sugar And Spice we arrived and was informed they had a computer glitch that happened at three thirty that morning Saturday November the Eleventh we were not compensated for our lost time the trip was a waste of our time had to wait over a hour to get any money from the machines I personally will never return there again someone need to contact Doris Borns and makeup for the group wasted time

It was my second time there haven't been there in years however yesterday was a bad bad bad day because the system was down that being said the machines was working you could not cash your ticket out so you had to wait hours and hours to be cashed out on each machine so that being said it was not fun because you couldn't move to machine-to-machine I arrived there at 11am on a bus ride it went on until 5pm I was not able to play My Free Play because of the system's being down so I did not have a very good day there

All of the payouts had to be hand paid because their computer system went out at 3:00 in the morning if I would’ve knew that I never in life would’ve went there, the service was horrible. I think I’m done wit FireKeepers Casino. Very disappointed I waited 2 hours for someone to come & they was very RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Never again

Computer went down, so it was a mess. Nobody want to help and talk to rudely. Wait hours to get paid .I think for those who were on bus should have been warned
