Ordered online and ended up receiving one of my sandwiches in a not so enjoyed way. Very wet, very soggy on the bottom, etc. They have good ingredients and usually hits. It was the first time in a while, and the last visit was pretty solid. I was rather disappointed with the Italian I got. However, ended up being able to speak with who I believe was the shift lead. I ordered a small Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket and it was maybe 4 inches long. I thought it was a slider, I kid you not. I politely asked the manager about the portion size, thinking that perhaps I had in fact ordered a slider, and he threw me attitude. Save your money and don't expect anything resembling customer service.
