Hey Guest Services, stop repeating the same lines over and over again. It's been reported that the franchise owner left town, paychecks were bouncing, and employees quit. Tell the truth.
What's the deal with the place? Is it closed permanently or is it staffing issues? Some transparency would be nice as I did enjoy the subs here. Technical issues on door and this placed has been closed over a month.

I came across town for a firehouse sub, only to find them closed at 6:30 on a Friday. They are supposed to be open until 9:00. This is the 2nd time I came to this loction to find them closed during normal business hours. The last time, there was a note saying the payment system was down. This is the last time I'll cross town for them.
This store has been closed for weeks. They need to change their online to CLOSED. Very rude.
